Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the minimum stay?

We have two night minimum.
We charge per night, not per day.

Does my cat need to be vaccinated to stay at KCC?

Yes, at least 2 weeks prior to your cat’s stay. Your Vet can advise your best vaccine for up to date coverage. Our minimum requirement is the F3 Vaccine, however, we recommend F4 or higher for your cat’s best protection.

Worming your cat is part of their health routine and should be done every 3 months for adult cats.

What food do you supply?

We provide Advance cat food morning and night.

If your cat has specific dietary requirements, you’re welcome to supply their food for us to serve.

Will my cat interact with other cats?

No. We only house one cat, or family of cats (cats from the same home) at a time. So there’s no risk of your cat catching a disease or getting into fights with other cats.

What time is check in & check out?

Check in is from 1pm onwards and check out by 10am.
*Other times can be arranged upon request.
