Hello and welcome to our KCC website we hope you are finding all the information you need if not call or email us we would love to answer any questions you may have.

Here at KCC as with all animal boarding facilities we have some rules for your pet’s well being and the well being of other guests, we hope you welcome these conditions and safety precautions and feel confident that we are able to care for our guests safety and comfort.

Proof of Vaccinations is required at booking and F3 is a minimum requirement for your cat’s protection here with us, we also recommend that your cat be microchipped.

All guests must be up to date with FLEA & Worming treatments, treatment must be given within 1 week of arrival and cover the duration of stay with at least 5 days lasting cover.

If we find on arrival live unwanted hitchhikers trying to check-in we will administer a FLEA treatment with your consent at $30 payable on check-in or a stay could be rearranged.

Guests must be aged 3 months (12wks) for admission and we do not have an age limit all we ask is that your cat is accompanied with any medications needed.

Guests do not have to be de-sexed as we only host one family at a time, it is understood that your cats socialize together at home, and this would be no problem.

Guests must be well and showing no signs of illness or pain on arrival.
We at KCC reserve the right to refuse entry of any would be guest.

If for any reason your cat looks unwell or is showing signs of pain whilst here in our care, we will take swift action to talk to our vet and follow advice.

We will act in your cat’s best interest and get them seen by a Vet, this will be at your cost, and you will be notified and can then liaise with the Vet.

In the unlikely event you are unreachable KCC will follow the vet’s advice on how to proceed with the best care for your cat.

We are your chosen guardians and will always do our very best on your behalf.

We are not held responsible for any injury, illness, matted fur, fleas, ticks, feline flu, damage of any kind loss or death of a cat.

In cases of Over-stayers or Abandonment. We will use all means necessary to reunite you and have our costs recovered but in cases where we need to use our discretion of what to do with our guest options are Sale, Re-homed, Animal Shelters or at a last resort Euthanasia.

We serve what food your cat prefers, any Supermarket bought cat food (Fancy Feast, Whiskers etc) are included in the price.

Dry food will be available all day. Wet food will be available Twice daily 1 sachet morning and evening.

More expensive specialised brands (Hills, Royal Canine etc) will incur a $6 a day charge

if you are unsure please feel free to ask us questions prior to bookings. We are not a large-scale cattery and are run like a hotel, we charge by the night and have a minimum 2 Night Stay.

Check-in is 2pm onwards.
Check-out 10am.

Times outside of this may be possible, we will do our best to work with your schedule but we cannot guarantee flexibility and you may incur additional charges which will be discussed.
